I had put off buying a set of sheet pans with a fitted wire rack. I wish I had bought them sooner. The trays are very heavy gauge material and sturdy. The rack cleans better than I expected. Grease washes off cleanly. obviously a wire rack requires more effort to clean, however I can say I have not had to do any hard scrubbing to get it clean. This combo pack is well made and I look forward to using it for many years.These are my new favorite pans. perfect size for small can of biscuits or smaller portions. My only dislike is that water gets stuck in edges after taking out dishwasher. I drain it out good and just let it sue dry the rest of the way. I can deal with that. Overall - love them and their size.Overall it is what expected from the ad. Good quality relatively thick metal.One thing to point out is that the pan is double walled with the air in between. This was an unexpected nice surprise to me. This makes some difference in baking or cooking compared to just stamped single metal sheet. This is not better or worse just different and something to be aware about.OKG you guys!! This pan and cooling rack is awesome. It is nicely packaged and the pan and rack are both sturdy. Not that flimsy aluminum like when you buy a pan at the Dollar Store. I seriously cannot wait to bake something. I am also planning on seeing if the brand sells other kitchen products. Trust me, this will be the best $13 you ever spend.Excellent 1/2 sheet pan size for baking, broiling, reheating. I use mine for serving BBQ, and to contain messy prepwork on the counter. Also good for coralling supplies as you work. Used to freeze cookie dough rounds, too. Bought a set for a friend who does a lot of grilling. A useful tool with many applications. The tidy size is the key here.I actually love this pan!! I have an air fryer in my oven and this pan was exactly what I was looking for! It’s the size of a regular cookie sheet so not to big, but bigger then the copper basket I had been using! Would definitely recommend this pan!Pan was damaged prior to packaging. The shipping container was fully intact and no damage. I determined to not return pan as that was way too confusing for me. I will have to determine a way to relieve the dent and preform a self repair. Could not get/send a picture. SorryTotally works as needed. Easy to clean.Best trays I've ever owned, very easy to clean, large and very sturdy.The included racks also help circulated the air around whatever you're cooking or take them out and use them as a cooling rack.I don’t know what happened to this pan but after about 3 uses it started to develop discoloured spots. Then the next time i bothered to notice, they had become about a dozen small holes right through. You hold it up to the window and the light streams straight through. I’m currently lining it with alfoil or baking paper, so it still works, kind of. But what a disappointment. I’d return it, but I can’t say i’m 100% sure it wasn’t something i did. I don’t purposely mistreat my cookware, but i don’t baby it either. I expect it to be up to what’s expected of it ??‍♀️.I certainly wouldn’t buy another one.You can't discount the quality of a good large universal draining / baking tray!Pros:- Stainless steel and highly recommended from America's Test Kitchen.- Spacious for smaller family batches of food.- Easy to clean.- Small grid (better for supporting the meat or larger product and less visible grill lines on the food)Cons:- Long shipping. Took around a month before the whole pandemic slowing.- Slim packaging-- if your international carrier is known for being rough with packages, make sure it's level when it arrives!Overall:- This is a great sheet tray and draining rack for my uses! I like that the grid on the rack is tighter than most helping the product stay in a closer shape to what it started as.- Recommended by America's Test Kitchen-- Sounds like an ad, but really these guys haven't directed me poorly before!- I would wholly recommend this for anything that may have up to medium to light drippings! And would not accommodate more than 3x pieces of bacon.This item might be OK for a mini oven, not a small oven by any means.I do not keep items which stir up negative feelings of deceit. So for me it was a “waste”buy. Here, the difference form buying after seing for real and online buying from a photo.Package came quickly, without a scratch on it. However the product quality/quality control is lacking quite a bit here. Aluminum will always warp when heated, so at least it should be straight at room temperature. The tray is warped 1 cm diagonally in only one of the diagonals, which means poor manufacturing process, it is not possible to bend the tray to a straight. Furthermore the grill was also warped, however this can be bent into shape.
