I was super excited to try these out! I washed them up, coated lightly with the spray that has the flour in it and immediately made banana bread and zucchini bread! It's best to put them on a sturdy sheet pan when filling and when baking... for stability. I was baking breads and muffins on the same pan, so I removed the muffin tins sooner than the bread... I scooted the silicone pans over to the middle of the cookie sheet and in doing so, I did kind of change the shape of the loaf... but nothing major. They're flimsy... it's silicone and not a solid pan... yes, you can see the neat markings on the bottom of the loaf, so if you were to invert them on a serving plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar or something like that, it would look nice. Removal was super simple! I just gently pulled the sides and ends out a bit and it popped right out!! I highly recommend these pans and for me, this was an experiment to see if I would ever use them again... and I certainly would!VERY USEFULThis pan doesn't hold its shape and it bows low and out on the sides while trying to get it in and out of the oven. I could deal with that but every bread I've made using this pan does not cook all the way through no matter how I adjust the temp or time. My loaf yesterday sunk in the middle even though most of the top was browned but the entire top center was still completely raw even after continuously adding time. This pan is the same size as the one it replaced but doesn't cook the same and the bread texture is different. I don't know what I'll use the pan for but definitely not bread. It's also kind of a pain to clean due to the grooves in the pan but using a brush makes it easier. I use baking spray and have never had an issue with a loaf sticking to the pan. It's not completely horrible I just don't like the way my bread turns out that I've been making the same for many years.I was a little put back by the size, but it's makes a nice loaf, round cake and the cupcakes are good. The rolling pin sucks so I was a little disappointed but it's a nice dealHard to believe these cute jelly like pans can take the place of an old trusty seasoned bread pan! Yet it more than met my expectations….lasagna…cooked evenly..came out 123…cleanup a breeze. Love it!I've had metal non-stick pans, regular pans, and they all wind up rusting no matter how careful I am with them. I tried this item and it worked like a charm! It was easy to use, very easy to clean (washed by hand because my dishwasher is not working at the moment) and the loaf I made cooked very well. It was easy to take the loaf out. Now, I'm looking for cake pans! I love this product.I have not used the pan yet, but the initial ads suggested that it would help with the baking and cleaning of pans used for regular and sweet breads. However, there are not instructions included on the safety of or the how to use. Makes me questions whether I can really use them for baking. The blue color is very pretty.They keep the shape... mostly. But that's no problem for baking toast. Easy to remove bread. I loved them so much, I purchased two more sets. Highly recommend them.I purchased these loaf pans to freeze sauces and soups into a brick shape, so I could seal them into a foodsaver bag and stack them in the freezer. These work amazing for that. The silicone is a good heavy weight but flexible enough to remove food and they wash up easily.
