They are thin and floppy.. you will need to bake them on a cookie sheet to keep them from molding to the metal grates. Yet…they cook just as good a metal, eventually with no hot spots. They are nonstick for the most part. (I would still recommend a little oil). If you are on a budget or if you need a size you would not use often, silicone pans are a great option.
